Gear position indicator

On my edge cs2 display the gear indicator works normal in park, neutral and drive. But if I manually pull it into 2nd or 1st it shows that I’m in park. The indicator on the dash works fine. Seems to shift normal.
anything I should check? Or don’t worry about it?

Also, the transmission throttle valve actuator makes a humming sounds with the key on, engine off. Can’t tell if it does it with the engine running. Is that normal? Can’t remember it doing it before
