+ - gear selector not working

The + - buttons on my column shifter to manually select the gearing are not working anymore. I'm guessing its a button issue, what would be the part name, and level of difficulty to replace. Or might the problem be somewhere else.

it appears this may be the part below, I have an ST so no button on the very end of the shifter I currently have.

That should be it. There isn’t a button on the end of any of them for those years listed.
