Are you seeing a mileage improvment with that rpm drop? Is the truck gutless in double over??

I really need to drive it more Diesel Nut. I've been out of town the past few days. First impressions are, it's not super gutless but it is a little more gutless. Nothing a quick change of gears (out of 2nd OD) can't cure. Mileage seems to have gone up but I need to run a tank or two of fuel through the truck to see for sure.

With a gearvendor, six speed, 3. 54s @ 3200 rpm with 265 tires and the speed limiter wire cut your top speed is 155 mph (on the dyno of course ). It's not a dog in double overdrive, you just got to go faster faster faster.
