Does anybody know if this is real?

If it is it has to be more for show than function. The front axle would be grossly overloaded as well as the tires with any kind of weight in the bucket. Not a whole lot solid up front to mount to, either.

Id say no ive seen loaders on the rear to pick up round bales , if some one is daring run the plate # its a minnesota plate

Anything is possible with a little imagination. Probably would not want to overfill the bucket but it is not that big from the looks of it anyway.

They evidently know about the axle overload as it has a truss on it, hard telling what is actually under there. The bearing point is over the A-pillar and it is obviously mounted to the frame in the box so it spreads the weight a bit better.

Well, being 4x4, I'd wager it'd take it pretty well, and has been... I think it's a marvel of backwoods engineering!! I'd wager it's more for moving snow and light lifting than anything.... It can't lift too much, looking at the light frames and small cylinder diameters, anyway. 1500lbs, probably tops.... That's got a pretty high cool-factor, regardless!! Thanks, SAndreason!

I was thinking it would be cool to feed cows in the winter wouldn't have to drive the ol 4020 12 miles round trip in 20 below with a cab I could just sit in the heat

....and spring ride suspension!! At 45+mph!!! :D Main reason I put a DewEze on my '97!! Too many miles, and too much asphalt wear on the tractor tires!! Those babies are expensive!!! I've got a hitch built for my New Holland, were I can load 11 bales on my little 24' gooseneck, back around, lift it with the 3 point hitch, plug in the lights (by reaching down from the seat through the back window!!), turn on my flashers and haul as......errr, um.... hay!! :D It still rides rough, and with the traffic I get around some places, it's kinda dangerous... And when it gets muddy, you can't drag the trailer through all of it, so either the New Holland or the Dodge go to work....

If that thing is for real, I hope he has a way to secure the loader when it is raised - he is standing in the kill zone.

Looks like a pretty poor excuse of an axle truss. I'd trust this truck before half of the home brew 5th wheel trailers I see.

I would like to have a deweze bed to they look like they would be really handy I was going to make a 3 point hitch for my flat bed then I could just hook my bale spear on but I didn't get around to it now I sold the gen one I was going to put it on
