Generator help

I have a 6. 0hp Honda pressure washer and the pump went band so now I have just the engine. Does any one know where I can find a generator to bolt to the Honda engine? I just need the generator assembly but can’t seem to locate one any where, I believe it’s a ¾” crank with no taper. I really have not need to fix it as a pressure washer since we upgraded to a larger washer. It’s probably not cost effective to try to make it in to a generator but I just hate to see a good engine not being used. Any help would be appreciated

I hate for you to say that too! What a bunch of cheap chinese junk! Harbor Freight is the walmart of tools!
Northern Tool is MUCH better! You get what you pay for!

Doubt you will find a 110v AC generator that size. Might consider an automotive type with a converter. bg

Sad but true kenny61 I harp support the US industry first. it is getting harder and harder to find US built equipment. I try to tell the young people about supporting the US economy and I hear yea right grandpa get with it it is a global economy now.

Northern, Grizzly, and Harbor Freight use the same manufacturers, just paint it different colors. Yellow/Orange-Harbor Freight, Green-Grizzly, Red/Gray-Northern.

Northern Tool offers a lot of Made in USA products. You will not find ANY USA made products from Harbor Freight. Hence, the name "Harbor", because that is what it comes into from china!

We have several Northern Tool "Northstar" products and they are made in USA. Their generators are USA made also, except for the made in Japan Honda and Yanmar engines.

Yep, they have chinese junk too, but at least it says in their catalog if it is "USA" or "Imported".
