Speedometer reset.

The wireless remotes for my garage door opener stopped working. I replaced the batteries, and still no luck. I didnt think both units would go bad at the same time, but stranger things can happen.

I went out and bought 2 new wireless controls. I programed the first one,and it worked find. So, I programmed the 2nd one, and now the first one doesnt work. So, I reprogrammed the first one and it works (2nd one doesnt work now)

Also, since I programmed the new remotes, the wireless remote on the side of my house no longer works. So, I programmed the left door to work with that control, and the right door do work with the one in my car.

What is really weird is that the wireless remote that is built into my wifes 2000 Buick still works fine.

Anybody have any idea's ?

When you push the learn button, you may be pushing it too long. If you push and hold it, it will erase all codes. If you just push it and release it, it should go into learn mode. Then again, the receiver in the opener could be going bad, especially if you have had an outage or power surge.
