Geno's said that the supplier was not going to make one for the 3rd gens. Look in the last issue of TDR and they discuss a way to make the ones from the 2nd gens fit the 3rd gens.

Clarification

Oops. Sounds like there is some bad information out there.



Gneo's Garage received a "prototype" of the '03 cup holder last week. Staff provided some input to the manufacturer on Friday (a week ago). We trust that input was considered.



Just today, Geno's Garage was notified that a preliminary shipment of 100 units would be shipped next week (shipping Wednesday, Septmeber 17, I believe).



So, there will be an '03 cup holder available shortly (provided the minor tweaks Geno's Garage noted have been addressed).



This vendor is very good to work with so everyone is confident that we will l be pleased.

I sure would like to see a photo of this thing. I would like to see some sort of product to fit in the open area of the floor since my truck is an automatic with the electronic-shifting transfer case.



My biggest complaint about the interior of this new truck is the lack of cubby-hole type storage. The 6-speeds have plenty of it, but the automatics have none.

I also have ESOF swtich and an automatic.



I'm building a large custom floor console to mount my amplifier/ scanner / switches / edge comp controller (when it's out) / and whatever other accessories I can fit. It will bolt to the existing seat brackets with custom brackets for an easy no drill install and be set up like a computer server / equipment rack with shelving that can be customized as needed.



It will be pretty slick and I've been putting a lot of time into it (I'll post something when done with pictures. )



Anyway with this in place I will be losing my ashtray and cupholders so I need something. The smoothie may be just the ticket even though opening the under seat storage gets complicated if there are drinks in it!

I need the smoothie to hold baby bottles & sippy cups. The two OEM cupholders just aren't enough. I think I'll shoot on over to Genos and place an order right now.
