Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Geno's APPS sensor - problems with Banks Exhaust Brake controller

Is anyone running the Geno's APPS sensor and Banks e-brake? I replaced my APPS and now the brake doesn't work any longer. The voltage from the tap to the APPS is too high, brake controller thinks the accelerator is depressed when on idle. Prior output was 0.54vdc, now is 0.68vdc with new sensor. The sensor will not adjust down below the 0.68vdc.

I am looking for a solution - could just a resistor be used in series?

I adjusted mine according the latest instructions without a Banks EB issue. Snokong
