I am not sure exactly which forum this should fit in, so I will start here and if the Mods feel it should be in a different forum, please move it to the appropriate place.



Last month I was on a road trip with my 12 year old daughter to our place in Texas. As we were passing through Oklahoma City, I got the warning ding and check gauges light. The alternator gauge looked like it was reading low. I checked the belt and it was still there, so we carried on to the end of our trip. The next day the truck started, but turned over a little slower than usual. We stopped at a couple of parts houses and both proclaimed the alternator in need of replacement.



As I had one of the high amp, PA Performance alternators from Geno's, I called Robin and explained my predicament. She got Brandon on the phone and between the 3 of us, and a call by Brandon to PA Performance, it was decided that they would ship me a replacement alternator, next day air, at no charge and with a call tag for UPS to ship the old one back. That is what I call customer service and standing behind your product. It arrived the next day, as promised, and I was able to install it the following day.



Thank you Geno's, Robin, Brandon and PA Performance. Because of your outstanding customer service, I was able to fix my truck and enjoy the rest of my trip with my daughter, with out having to worry about my truck and how we would get around and back home.
