2007 6.7 No crank

Hello,
Where are these and how are they getting mounted ? I'd rather have this spin on than the expensive
Canister factory bone

Most of the aftermarket spin on filters have lower ratings than the OEM nanonet media, so be careful there.

What are the specs on the truck.

What kit are you looking at? Most kits only have one mounting option.

I'm looking at the one Genos Garage sells on the site for $ 39.95 for years 2004 to 2012
That claims has the fuel heater on etc..

Got a link? That usually is the best way to let folks know what you are looking at.

This is the filter in question

That’s not an aftermarket fuel filter, it’s a replacement filter for a the mopar severe duty filter kit.

It’s a good kit, I ran one on my 05, but it’s an additional filter and not a replacement for then engine mounted filter.

I have one of those on my 2009 truck. It is mounted in front of the fuel tank. I think it is more of a water separator. The WIF sensor is moved from the OEM filter to this auxilliary filter. I believe these filters are 25 microns where the OEM filter near then engine is 5 micron.

It is supposed to be an additional WIF sensor, not a relocated one.
