Just wanted to put the word out on Geno's customer service. Got a call today as they were concerned with an order I made over the internet. The concern was the indefinite back order of one of the products I selected. . They were extremely helpful in changing directions and being pro-active on the whole deal. Its sad to say that this doesn't happen more often out there.

Yep top notch company with top notch service. I only deal with one other company that is even on par with their service (and I deal with alot of companies).

I have and will continue to pay 'a little more' from Geno's. Even when I screw up the order, they act as if they made the mistake. :-laf
