Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Dear Genos Garage,
In the past I purchased a 60Psi DiPricol Boost gauge from another Company . Having a 2002 24v I had no easy way to hook at the CTD..... Basically Drilling and tapping air horn was the only option ... So I contacted Piers and got the boost bolt $18 ... . yeah that’s right $18 ... when my parts arrived... . install was a breeze and the parts went right together.
My brother has RE-Joined the CTD family sadly with a raged out and tagged out ‘94 He is in the process of building a house so he has no $$$ or time. HE wants to play with his truck but just cant.
Out of the goodness of my heart I decided to kick my Bombing up a notch .
I gave him my Spare stock air box (MY BOMB-BHAF)
I gave him a Spare head bolt he was missing. YEAH it was just blowing boost right out the motor. (MY BOMB-PIERS BOOST BOLT)
Im in process of getting Billet Oil and Trany Dip Stick handles because his Oil one is broken and taped together. He can have my stockers
Im getting Billet Battery Tie Downs... . He don’t have any so he can have my stockers.
I’m also looking for an Ats High Arc ... my brother air horn is all welded up and has silicone all over it ... with a little rigging I'll put my stocker on his truck.
Now back to the gauges ... I’m not happy with a 60Psi gauge I have had it to 50# which was all Drive Pressure with the stock turbo I removed my Turn Buckle and with 35 PSI the truck was way Happier So I Don’t want to send more than 35# threw the motor anyway.....
So I went looking for a 35 PSI DiPricol Boost gauge . I successfully found them for about $5 cheaper than Genos Garage, but ... I also needed a Single Gauge Dash Top Mount Pod and Genos is the only place I could find one so I got the gauge from you also. Even though The photo on the 35# DiPricol Gauge on Genos Garage Website picture a 30# Gauge ... that made me worry a bit ...
Upon arrival of Package I quickly swapped out my 60 for the 35 ... yes I had to Dremel off the all thread on the back top of the gauge to fit in my steering column mount
the same mount that all gauges but like one made in Japan are suppose to fit in 
As my brother pulled In I was unpacking his Install kit ... and what’s this... ... A BOOST BOLT !!!!!!
Just like the one I paid $18 for ... it actually came with the gauge. How Ever this was a 12v Install so they already have the tap... .
I have the Boost Bolt on my CTD Shelf and Im still amazed that you would ship that in the kit . Here I thought I was paying $5 to much and it ended up I Saved $13 by using Genos
I'm very happy with your products and the extra effort you put into them . The Boost Bolt in the gauge kit is going the extra mile for your customers not to mention I could actually read the Install guide you sent ... . Not that I needed it but man o' mighty that had tons of install help ... about as detailed as you could possibly get ... . then some
