Big thanks to Geno's Garage for taking the extra steps to get my truck back on the road. I bought a replacement lift pump which ended up being defective. So I sent them a email on Sunday night and received a prompt reply on Monday with a number for me to call with a very helpful tech, thanks Brandon! They are sending a new pump to me via next day delivery with a return sticker so I'm not out any money on this deal. Thats why I like shopping there, they still care about the customer!

Yeah, I know of a few companies that could take lessons from them.

I once had a new boost gauge from them that was sticking at about 10psi. Called them up spoke to some friendly dude (not a bunch of touch tone service) and they got a new one out to me with return postage. I just had to swap them out, shove the old one back in the box and drop it in the mail. Doesn't get any easier than that!

I ordered the Pacbrake air bags on a monday, they were sitting on my front porch on Thursday, Georgia to Utah Thats some good timing. Like I told them--It must have had a CTD as power to get here that quick.

Yeah, I try to buy from Geno's whenever possible. The only time I go elsewhere is if they don't have what I'm looking for. First rate customer service is getting harder to find these days.

Geno's is great for both selection and customer service. Top two companies that I feel this way about in ANY industry (the other is Gear Sector they make weapons slings for law enforcement and military).

I have purchased a number of items from Geno's over the years. I have had some issues with ether defective parts or parts that went bad. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make it rite. I can't say enough good about them. Also Andy (tech services) thanks again you have alway been very helpful. IF ANYONE YOU KNOW NEEDS DODGE PARTS SEND THEM TO GENO'S. They will never be treatOo. ed better

Spent lots of money on goodies there when I had my first Dodge truck and as stated previously, I have never had nothing but great service from them as well.



Speaking of Geno's I should have a new book from them in the mail very soon.

I just ordered gauges, A-piller mount, and misc. other items from Geno's (Brandon).

He totaled the order, then said there would be no charge for shipping.

That was an unexpected, and pleasant surprise.

Items shipped and rec. 3 days later.

They are always the first people I call for my CTD parts.

I just ordered a fuel pump and some other goodies from Geno's and Scott took the order, nice guy and friendly. I've always had great service with Geno's and will continue to do business with them.

I to have purchased quite a bit of stuff from genos, enough to outfit 2 trucks. But i will not purchase from them again.

I had a boost gauge with a broken bulb socket and i called them to order a replacement. (I told them i was willing to pay for it, it wasnt there fault) I was told they didnt stock it and would have to look into it, they would get back to me. never got back to me. called back to them after 1 week and was told that they didnt have them and i was SOL.

Im not going to mention names, but i talked to the same person both times. i ended up buying a new gauge for $50 rather than a $2 replacment bulb and socket. I wont shop there again, besides, i have found several other places cheaper on several of the products.

I've always had great experiences with Geno's and I am envious of you guys/gals who live near Cummings and are able to go there in person. BTW, Robin is the best!

ditto on the Robin Rocks..... she is the BEST. As stated in earlier post she got me in touch with the right people and back on the road in S. C. I am sure without her I would have been lost lookin.
