Genos on the steering post gauge mount?

Does anyone have one? Does it really block the speedo like the picture shows? How was the install onto the post and cable routing? Thanks

I like mine. Moved my FP gauge from the VDO dash pod, so the wiring movement was easy and pretty stealth.



Don't recall what the Geno's pic shows, but the guage does block the "wait to start" light, and almost the O/D off light. Nothing else of concern.

How about a remote wait to start light? I'll have to pull the cluster and see whats involved with running an aux light to somewhere else.

Vic, I don't think you need to pull the instrument cluster. According to some documentation that I came across while researching how to install a keyless entry: there should be Orange/Black wire in the large connector under the dash - that should be the "wait to start" light. You could probe it with a tester and if it's the right one just splice into it for your remote light.
