Geno's Replacment Mirror's?

Sombody either ran into my mirror or just stright up hit it at Wal Mart this weekend. :{ I called Dodge and a replacment mirror is 360 dollars. My question is, you can get a pair from Geno's "Power/heated" replacment mirror's that look pretty nice, but has anyone tried them?

Are you refering to the CIPA mirrors.

Yep, the CIPA extendable Mirror's their 349. 00 for the pair "retains the power and heated features" and instead of paying 360 for one I can get two different looking morror's "set the truck apart" that to me look bigger. They look stouter too.

The only thing that I dont like about the cipas on my 05' is that at higher speeds they seem to extend themselves. But they are very quick to replace them and have great customer service. I personally prefer the mopar ones that are on the 04' and probably would look for those next time. BTW check out www.car-part.com they will sell singles for cheap.

I'm looking at the Cipas for my 05..... but need them to extend about 4" per side farther out than the stock mirrors to see around a big trailer... . I've emailed genos a couple of time but they don't seen to know... the only set I've seen in real life were going down the road at 60 mph in the wrong direction... ...



Can you tell me if they do in fact extend out farther than the stock mirrors and if so how far... .

I'll try to measure, but it might not be soon because one leg is temporarly out of service and serverly swolen(surgery). But I have a 8. 5' wide enclosed trailer and the 04's mopar mirrors see better around the trailer than the 05' w/cipas.
