I personally have been ordering from Geno's since 1999. I find their service is excellent and usually a one stop source. I have seen maybe 2 back orders in this time spread but everything usually arrived with in 2 weeks maximum. If some of the order is going back order they notified me with the approx. date of shipment and asked if I wanted a partial shipment or wait for complete order. They have quite a few items for our trucks in one location which makes it convenient for me. I would not blame Geno's for things they cannot control (gauges, mounts etc. ) after all they do not make them. They just get parts from the manufacturer and pass it on to us at a good price. No I do not work there but I do try to support the people that take care of us. Just a personal opinion.

I have to agree with DavidC. Geno's is by far, one of the best places to shop for our truck stuff. I think they are very customer oriented, and they make it personal (instead of taking it personal). I have dealt with things that were on backorder from Geno's in the past, and each and every one of those things were "new" items that had just been or yet to be released. It takes a whole lot of customer commitment to keep me as a loyal customer, because I was in retail management before I changed careers, and I have higher standards for customer satisfaction than most do. But, the staff at Geno's has never once dissatisfied me in any way, shape, or form!

Genos I have to agreed with you ---It don't get much better. I have ordered a few things from and never had any problems. There always polite and full of info.

Genos is in my home town area and I have never felt they slacked or were not trying to provide me with what I was looking for. Good peaple and good service. :)

Two thumbs up for Genos!

I like Genos and they've been superior in customer service. Try the manufaturer, they will have the bulbs.

look, i like genos. i am just suprised they don't sell the bulb behind the dipricol guage. tst sells the guage and the bulbs. just an observation. the leather steering wheel cover sucks btw. the only thing i have bought from them that i didn't care for. they returned it without question.

Di-Pricol Replacement Bulbs

Must be some confusion. I checked, and they do stock most of the replacement bulbs. If you are still in need, call them (M-F) at 800-755-1715 and ask for Andy Bishop. He handles most of the gauge problems/questions/etc. And if need be (if they are not in stock), ask them to order them for you. Ask for either Andy. If he's not in, ask for Wendy. They are both excellent and will generally try to do anything to help.

Life is good in Texas!

Shovelhead:

It's great to be home, but we do miss the gang in the National Capital Region. I broke my ankle two weeks ago, so that's somewhat of a handicap :D

No matter what we do with regards to TDR chapter membership here in TX, we will continue out membership in the MD-TDR. We

wll stay in touch with everyone.

Shendren:

I'm not that old but I guess I had a senior moment on finding the bulbs. I was just offering a solution if Genos didn't stock them. Once, I needed the bulb condoms for the Westach gauges I purchased from Genos and they took care of it for me.

Take care all,

Wiredawg
