Getrag Temp?

Still playing with the 1993 D-350. Wondering what is the MAX Temp I should be looking at for a Getrag Trans? Anyone have an idea what is to high? Most I've seen so far is 195 towing twelve thousand pounds in the hills of S Dakota. Any comments will be appreciated. I do have trans coolers from Genoes and 5 qts Synthetic Fluid.

When I ran my getrag the highest temp I saw was 225 while towing and that was before the 1qt over fill. Synthetic has much better tolerance for heat and is less likely to fail at higher temps.
