Getting code P0191 w/rough idle

Hi, my stock 2004. 5 just started experiencing a rougher than normal idle and fuel mileage has dropped slightly. Checked for codes and received a P0191. Has anyone else had this problem with this code? Guess I need to call the dealer tomorrow . Bummer because my 1998 never had any problems with the drivetrain. Thanks
