Whoever installed the Western snowplow on my truck put the headlight relays under the driver's side battery tray. Well one of them is defective or a wire came off and I'm trying to diagnose it. But I can't get the batter tray out! What is the trick once the four obvious bolts and nuts are removed? Thanks for your help.

If I remember right there are 5 bolts, 2 on the lower bracket aim down. 3 are inside the tray itself, 2 of these come out the side, one aims down. No tricks involved.

There are two of them that you have to remove from under the fender. Look in front of the fender liner. Pretty easy to do. I think there are a total of six.

Joe is right. Get the two from under the fender. I had a battery to blow up and broke the tray. I found the bolts through trial and error. Kind of pricey too.

Thanks guys! Hopefully I can just reach up in there and get the bottom ones without having to pull out the inner fender plastic piece. Perhaps not a bad job afterall.
