Seems too good to be true and a net energy loss, but still an interesting concept... even if all it does is get rid of all those tires that we stockpile in landfills or throw into the ocean (not as common anymore... ).

Its been a while , but I thought tyers [ there spelling is worse then mine ] were mostly rubber , then I do not know how much difference there is between plastic & rubber , I'm going to have to get a bigger generator , didn't see how many watts , but I do not think the one at home is going to work .

That is wild, I would have thought that the belting in the tires etc would cause problems. Evidently they get rid of th efrequincies that cause the arcing?
