Glove box / cup holder question????

My glove box door is damn near impossible to close without slamming the thing like you want to break it or you have to hold the handle and also slam it.

Is there an adjustment to be made that can be made that will allow it to close more easily?

Also the door for the cup holder dose not pop out or open unless you hit it pretty good. Again is there an adjustment that can be made here also?

I know sooner or later I will end up breaking these things so I need to try and make them right.

I'm having the same problem with mine. I haven't done it yet but I think you just have to adjust the screws on the latch bar and either move it in or out depending on where its out of adjustment.
