Glow plugs...need info...

Since this isn't brand specific, I'll post this here...



I'm looking for someone who might knnow what the thread size of the more common GM/Ford glow plugs are... looking for one around 3/8 to 1/2 NPT.



Anyone give me a hand? I'm going to experiment... heater (yes Ryan, for the FASS! )

GM Glow plug is 10 x 1. 00 mm thread. Ford 6. 9 and 7. 3 is the same, 6. 0 is 14 x 1. 25 mm.



Edit: Don't forget, glow plugs can only be run for a short period of time or they will expand and burn out.
