2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission problem with driver side power seat

It is hard to believe that even with a direct injection combuston type motor, the Powerstrokes still utilize glow plugs from what I understand. I thought they did away with them at the end of 1994 when the last indirect injection diesel was made. Oops. . guess I was wrong.



We are fortunate to not have the worry of glow plugs. I would rather have a grid heater any day over little heater elements that fail over time!

They stuck them under the valve cover on the PSD. :rolleyes:
 
Yeah and I have 2 friends who's wires went bad and had to change the valve gaskets out. . $400. 00 bucks later... . It really kills them to see me get behind them on the hwy, they know whats coming next.
