Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Goerend Trans. & Exhaust Brake

I will be installing a Goerend trans. this summer and want to add an exhaust brake, what do I need to add to the rebuid? Billet input shaft, output shaft or both? It's running about 350 rear wheel horsepower on setting #1. I tow 5000 pounds daily and sometimes 12,000. What convertor, the single or triple? Any ideas ? DW
