Anyone have any luck getting ahold of the guys at Goerend transmission?



I sent them an email Sunday night and also called on Monday AM and left a message and still haven't heard back.



I wanted the prices for stuff I will need to order. While I'm not in a huge rush, I would expect a response in a day... or two at the very latest. Did the shop shut down??

no, they have been working on my trans!! say it will ship tomorrow. they seem like they are really busy and when i called they were on the phone alot and i got the answering machine, just call a few times they will pick up.

I think Dave is on vacation. He has hired someone else to help. I talked to him the other day while he was at the airport. I imagine he just wants to assure proper help and quality products. He will get back with ya. You should be able to get ahold of someone on the phone. I imagine since dave isn't there, the lines should actually be free now!!!

Still no luck. I emailed Saturday and called today (left msg). Maybe it's just me or something :-laf



I have a bit of time before I "need" to have this stuff, so it's not a huge deal, but it makes me wonder how it's going to be down the road when I need help or something. Sometimes waiting several days/weeks to get ahold of someone is just not an option!

Sometimes it is a little difficult to get ahold of Dave but it is definately worth the effort. When you do get to talk to him you will understand why the phone is busy or it goes to the answering machine. His knowledge and service is out of this world.

I aslo had a hard time getting ahold of him, but I am very pleased with his product and service. Once you get ahold of him, his service is second to none. He spent over an hour owith me both on the phone and sending pictures over email, just to explian which converter I needed. Andd if he's on vacation, then he's on vacation. We all need abreak once in awhile. Dave and Cathy provide great service and products. They are worth the wait. scott

I got ahold of him today. I had a good idea what I wanted so it took maybe 10 mins to get a list and prices together.

and all of the smaller beef up items as well.





Ends up being about $3000.
