It would be great if there were enough of you who don't drink union koolaid to initiate a recall and remove cuomo from office. That would be great to see.

Similar to Illinois. Outside the State of Chicago it is modestly conservative. Yet, we are chained to the liberals and their policies.

Mr. Barlow, each state has their own standards for recall. I am not sure what NY state needs for a recall,but here in Illinois it is a very convoluted a difficult process.

It is a serious misconception that just because someone is in office "everyone" must have voted for him.
Gage, unfortunately it is like that here as well. We are a largely agricultural state with large cities few and far between. I drove from my home in extreme northeastern ohio to Cincinnati (on the other end of the state) to deliver a car less than 2 weeks before the election. I counted over a dozen large Romney banners alongside the freeway alone, and not one in support of Obama. We are largely a Republican state yet because there are 3 or 4 large cities full of liberals they hold the necessary seats o:f power. It is not a fair representation of the people of our state.

Have never voted Democrat, nor ever will. The belief that all union member's are liberal oriented is a horrible generalization!

I will say however that I would be happier if my job was not dominated by a union.

Cities are a problem everywhere. Washington has Seattle. Nevada has Las Vegas (and, gag me, Reno), Kalifornia has SF and LA, Oregon has Portland. When you figure that the cities are where most of the hand out getters are, it's easy to see why they vote blue.
