Man i thought nobody would figure it out.

I have been trying to buy a Dodge all week but can't seem to get anywhere with the dealers. They act like they are doing me a favor. I found a couple of Big Horn 2500 4 doors that i like but can't get the price where i want it.

The problem started today when GM anounced there 0% for 72 months sale.

Put that on top of employee pricing and rebates i am almost driving a LB7/360HP 6 Speed Alison. It's not a done deal but close. I have two dealers working hard to sell me a truck. Don't give up hope i did have a message back from a Dodge dealer that say's he's ready to deal.

If you can wait a couple months for the '07s to come out you should be able to get a really sweet deal on an '06.



I've been reading about alot of speculation that the big 3 are going to do the "Employee Pricing" again here soon to boost sales. Maybe you could stay a Dodge Man!

DC is coming out with employee pricing for everyone July 1st (Rumor) That's bad new for the rebates. I allready get employee price from DC. i have family retired from GM and working for DC. Both companys are trying to purge 06 inventory for the 07's. The 0% makes a huge difference on the monthly payment. About $125 a month less.

Look at the bright side, that puts another 98 QC 12V on the market



If you don't mind the noise (i mean music) it's a awesome truck.



I guess i am getting old, just don't feel like tinking with the 12V anymore.



It's an amazing engine, almost 200k and absolutly no blow-by and uses no oil.

05 Dodge body

IFS Front suspension

Common Rail Cummins

Alison 6 spd auto

I may have to put it back to stock and sell the parts or if someone has a stocker that wants to do a complete swap of parts ????? Trans, Turbo, injectors, fuel plate , gsk, exhaust, ect. ect. ect.

i sure hope the 06 is a lot better than the 24v pos ive seen around latlely! my brother also has an o4 and its been to the shop more than on the road blown intercooler and now water in oil . i would buy a ford but hate the 6. 0 would buy a gm but not big fan of dury max not to mention i have not been impressed with the towing capabilities of the gm. maybe some day we can have a real engine with a real truck to go with it! IF FORD gets the cat for 08 or hell even if datsun got it dodge will be tits rite up!!!!!

I hate to admit it but i am impressed with my 06 Duramax. GM has stepped up to the plate with this one. The 6 spd Alison is an awesome trans and is calibrated perfectly to work with the new LBZ 360HP engine.

The truck does feel, not as heavy duty as my 98 12V

I do miss the old 12V though. I have nothing to tinker with now

tell me about it i've had my truck for sale for a month now. i bought my truck for $18,500 2 years ago with 85,000 miles on it. it now has 125,000miles and i put about $15,000 worth of parts in it and can't even sale it for $18,000. it's best to just strip it down and sale all of the parts.
