Outfits testing fuel additives in an effort to define what brands/type are best at reducing wear in the FUEL system, consistently overlook one LARGE and important accompanying fact:



Anything that reduces wear in the FUEL system, will ALSO largely benefit the internal ENGINE components as well! That will primarily be combustion chamber items such as pistons. cylinders, rings and such - and also valve guides and stems - and other parts where fuel dilution places remnants of whatever fuel is used in contact with them.



Enhancing lift pumps and injection pumps and injectors IS nice - but extending the wear of the ENGINE is a pretty nice by-product as well! :-laf:-laf
