New Cummins owner

Regular maitance

Hello everyone from a first-time Dodge/Cummins owner in Australia. Finally fulfilled my dream from when Dodge first brought out the Ram with the CTD .

Good day mate! Welcome.
I was in NSW in 1979 when the king of the road was the F-100. We were stylin' it in a Chevy Ute hauling a caravan. 307 V8 w/Powerglide rebuilt courtesy of Bob McTavish's dad in Sydney. I also remember Ford Ranchero 4wd's Inline six with hubs, manual transfercases and transmission. Pretty country.
Enjoy your truck.

Thank you. Yes, now the king of the road for AU is probably still an F-truck but the F250 instead, there are quite a few over here. Not many Rams here though, otherwise IMO they are KOTR

I believe Australia got the last of the 7.3 Powerstrokes when they couldn't meet US standards.
This ushered in the infamous 6.0's and 6.4's.

I have ah64id (a member here) tune for me.
I bought the Touch & when udc became available I gave it a whirl! It can be a time pig but it is great for bigger then stock injectors and turbo :)

Out of interest, how much power could you get out of stock turbo and injectors with UDC Pro? I'm guessing enough to cause issues with a stock trans?

Oh definitely, even with standard Smarty tuning. The custom tuning (UdcPro) dosnt ness give more power, it allows you to customize for each truck/each mod.
A stock truck can prob be taken to 500~hp,but the fueling duration (injection) would be long meaning more egts and the stock turbo creates a lot of back pressure even @ stock power.
Really depends how much you want to spend :D
Pick your "realistic" goals and build for it.
I really believe I have arrived at mine! ;)

Welcome to the TDR!
If you could in leisure, can you possibly post some pictures detailing the RHD conversion? That's probably something I'd never see. TIA!

Yep, probably just want a reliable tow tune and a few parameters changed/features enabled like high idle on the CC and change the automatic door lock speed.
What I would really like is to get tow-haul mode as the startup default
