Good deal!!??

My friend wants a CTD he found a 2001 Dually Quad Cab, 6 speed, 4x4, SLT plus package os it has every option. The only draw back is that it has 138,000 miles on it I guess the owner pulled a fifth wheel trailer hauling cars. We don't think there are any performance mods done, there are several accesssories including brush guard etc. . The asking price is 19,000 and the truck looks great. I said drive it and if everything works fine then buy it. What do you think?
