This is some positive input with regards to customer satisfaction.
My 2002 2500 has had a singing (whining) going on in the rear differential since new (2 months). The noise would come in 38-42 mph while easing off the throttle a little bit. The whining could be heard over the radio and the CTD. I decided I wasn't going to live with it or wait till something let go. I called the dealer, talked to the shop forman and he agreed it was probably the ring and pinion. They didn't have R&P set in stock so they ordered it prior to even seeing the truck; which I thought was considerate. I dropped it off yesterday and got it back mid-day today. The ring and pinion and all the bearings were replaced. They did a good clean job. Noise Gone. The mechanic and the service personnel were top notch. I rate Anchorage Chrysler Dodge highly.
Now I can drive happy and hear only the purrr of my CTD.
