I'm a new owner of a CTD and lovin it. I've always been a do-it-yerselfer. Never owned anything new enough to have a warantee! I'm in South Eastern Massachusetts and looking to other area members for recomendations on a dealer with a decent CTD mechanic on staff. Would love one that has gotten the cold weather / high idle reflash to work. I am willing travel up to an hour to a "good" dealer. I've read TONS of posts and see that most stealers are useless once they make the sale.

BTW had a VERY BAD experience with the dodge dealer on Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines FL on a visit down there two weeks ago. Any one in that area be warned! I dont think it appropriate to mention names here unless its a positive comment but if your from the area there's only one Dodge dealer across the street from Century Village;)

What are you looking for? warranty work? if no warranty work required the man to see is massdiesel, his close by and really knows his stuff on these CTDs. He's also the authorized installer in NE for DTT stuff and other make go fast goodies.

There's a thread running for dyno day in NE and also a meet at massdiesel's shop there after, a good opportunity to get to know him as well the rest of the NE gang. ;)

Boss

Good info on Mass Diesel, I have heard of them but wasn't sure of what they did. I'm glad to know they do DTT stuff. Gonna see if I smoke the transmission with towing this year and decide if I want to warentee it or spend the green on DTT upgrades. Too many toys soaking up cash! I'm also trying to find a good dealer for warantee work that has a clue with the Cummins. Northern Biggest Little State is only a half hour from me if you know any good dealers in RI. I stopped into Northeast Cummins today in MA and they didn't have any recomendations on a decent Dodge service center. I spoke to their service foreman on the high idle reflash that seems to fail more than work and they are going to look into it. Every one I spoke to there was real cool and they have a good stock of parts for our engines. I picked up some nice Dodge/Cummins mud flaps from them.

I'll do a search on the meet at Mass Diesel, I'd definately attend if I'm in the area.
