Buying our new truck was a very pleasant experiance. Ken Ray at Tonkin Dodge in Portland Oregon was very easy, informitive and zero pressure.
We did a factory order from him and it went just as he explained, he kept us informed of when and where the truck was built, shipped and arrived.
He then did a lot of dealer installed accessories, then a lot of non-dealer stuff that he had to send the truck out for.
We liked doing business with him and will do more with him in the future.
