Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Good diesel mechanic in Birmingham, Alabama?

I have a good friend with a 1995 5 speed 3500. The truck has always been weak and even with the common "fuel enhancements", it still is weak. I gave him a 215 horse pump and injectors from a 1998 and he wants to have them installed and timing optimized. Does anyone know a reliable diesel mechanic in Birmingham area? Thanks!
