I have an 06 runnin Juice/Attitude. . it doesnt smoke much which sorta worries me because others are sayin it should smoke more... its probably cause Im runnin out of fuel to do it. Others have ran to 0psi of fuel at WOT with the J/A. Anyways, do you think its a good idea to go ahead and replace it with a FASS 150? Im thinking its more than enough fuel and shouldnt break... if it does, I can gimp on the stock liftpump and change it back on the side of the road.

How will FASS effect warranty?

Fass is junk. Mine did not last and it was to loud. . Look at the walbro system from glacier diesel products. I love it and and some other TDR members are going to it. As far as warranty yours is viod if the dealer finds out about you juice. There are some people posting bad news about the dealers finding out about there programers when they took them out of the trucks. The stock lift pump or injectors on the common rail cant handle more power. Be careful

I think the general consensus is that unless you are going for insane HP #s, you only need the FASS 95.

I have the 95, and the only thing I have had issues with is the pressure spring... now that it has been replaced, things are fine...

As far as the FASS goes, there are basically two versions, the older external brushed version and the newer internal brushed version... while the older one did have it's share of brush issues, the new ones don't seem to have that problem... the brushes seem to be the main problem in the older FASS from what I have read...

Im going to call Robert today about the Walboro kit... I have always liked Walboro pumps (im a big classic mustang guy). I dont think he has a kit out for the 06 yet though. Supposedly Juice can be removed and not be detected... the bullydog triple dog on the other hand i have heard atleast 3 horror stories with warranties.

Dont get me wrong Dan your system is great its the motor I think is junk. . I just wish you had a better motor. . Love the concept of you system just not the motor. After the second motor went out on my FASS I could not afford to be broke down in a parking lot or at Boat ramp again. The shop that instaled mine claimes they are going to stop selling them for that reason. (motor)

edges dont really smoke much because they dont fuel muck at low boost my buddy has one on a 6 speed even while lugging it he cant get it to smoke much like mine with a power pup and smokes like a locomotive.
