Good oil filters other then OEM?

Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket oil filter? I know to stay away from Fram's.

Fleetguard, Amsoil, Baldwin, Hastings, there are many more, these would be my choice.

Fleetguard Statopore is a good filter, recommended for your truck, relatively cheap and easy to find. Don't buy filters from dealer, there is better quality for far less$$$. Have Fun, Jim G.

Don't fool around with anything but the Fleetguard... there have been numerous threads on this subject and the consensus has been Fleetguard.

Where to buy Fleetguard??

Went to three auto parts store and no Fleetgaurd. Just had the Frams,stp,mobile 1, motorcraft etc... Anybody know where I can get these?

If you don't have a big rig place in town you can always order them from Geno's, they have decent prices and good service.
