Good Photo Imaging Software

Any reccomendations on good Photo software?? 50 x50 pixels is very small and I have a hard time shrinking pictures with my current software. THANKS IN ADVANCE

I have four different photo programs in my computer. Photo Suite is probably one of the easiest to use and very simple to shrink pictures with it. It sells for $24. 95 at most places and they currently have a $20 rebate, bringing your cost down to $4. 95.

JASC software also has a good program called Paint Shop Pro. It's a little more money than the others but a lot of features and easy to use too.

I use adobe photoshop... but I still haven't figured it all out. I don't think its very user friendly.
