Archived Good Shop near Springfield Illinois?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good shop in the Springfield Ill. area? My neighbor is down there for the National HS Rodeo Finals and his 01 CTD is dead in the water. Absolutely no power to anything except Headlights, flashers, dome light, door chime, and reverse lights. Nothing comes on with key but the chime. He'd like to find a shop or someone to help him. Any ideas what might be wrong?

I talked with Clint about an hour ago. He is now on the road home.

I stopped by his camp site and did some quick checks of fuses and a visual. No luck, then advised him to the local dealer. That was about 10 am. They got him going by about 6 pm.

It was a wire in the harness to the key.
