Good tire & wheel deal?

Got this in my email. I just got new tires and rims, but for some it would be good just to have winter tires and rims so you don't mess up you summer shoes! I guess it's an OK deal.

I believe the load rating on the wheels is extremely low, something around 2K per rim. Not enough for our trucks.

Good call. I don't know anything about the rims, though I know some who have the tires and like them.
