End of an Era. After buying 14 years ago this month we sold our 2004 Dodge Diesel. Pulled two trailers over 50,000 miles through 20 western states. Places like Rocky Mt. NP, Yellowstone, Death Valley, Yosemite, Glacier NP, Canada, Red Wood Forest, Devil Tower, Albuquerque Balloon Festival, and many more. Charlene refused to get out and take a picture as we went over the Golden Gate Bridge. I had a sleepless night when I first bought it wondering how I was going to pay for it. Now I sold it for twice of what I thought it was worth. On to our next life adventures.
Untold details. We sold our trailer and I checked out KBB for the truck resale value. Quite surprised. Bought for $34,000 sold on Craigs List for $23,000. Truck had 70K miles, complete service record, and 10 years of TDR. Now looking at an RV on a Sprinter chassis. Thanks for the advice and tips.
