I know this was brought up in the past, but I can't find the thread.
The current version(s) of Chrome/Chromium seem to have fixed the 'double post' problem. Some previous version(s) of Chrome/Chromium would silently resubmit forms when I used the bowser's 'back' button after submitting a post. This probably explains many of the double posts seen on TDR.
I had solved it by switching to firefox (iceweasel on Debian). But something changed with FF and I got tired of seeing Chinese glyphs instead of the correct images; and I could not find where those images came from. (It's not Chinese text, where something would change UTF-8 to UTF-16; they're thumbnail images, like for FB, Twit, etc.) It only happened with FF. So I'm back on Chrome/Chromium.
