My votes for OEM Ball.. its more round on top and the neck and body is more pronounce than the after market Balls Much easier to hook up. Also if you get the Ford Pucks 2010-13 you can use them to go into the fronts holes ,than you can hook your chains in front of ball. That keeps the back of Box useable.

Reese makes the ball and safety chain pucks for Mopar. I got mine on eBay for a little more than half of what my dealer wanted.
