B&W makes an easy to install hitch. Installs in factory holes in frame. You have to drill the hole in the bed, but they have accurate measurements in the instructions. Very easy install. Best part is, you can turn it over and reclaim your bed space back. www.turnoverball.com

I have a B&W turnover, it works great and best part is no rails or problems in the bed when not in use. ;)

Make the rod that goes to the hitch 4" longer (add 4 or buy a longer rod, bed and drill to fit. This way you dont have to have a ugly hole in your inner fender well. This is what I did anyways. clean looks and works great.

B&W here and if you go this way they also make a nice 5th wheel hitch that plugs right into the goose neck socket with no other mods. I run the comapanion 5th wheel hitch all the time and it works great.
