I recommend B&W. I made one modeled after theirs and it works great. I have about $150 in steel and bolts into it. The ball itself cost me $80. After growing up with gooseneck hitches, horse trailers, flatbeds, etc. , I would almost never go back to a plate in the bed with a perma-ball. Maybe on a ranch truck that will constantly be hooked up to a trailer but never otherwise. It doesn't seem like much to look at, but I guarantee you will find a million cases in which you wish you could take out that damn ball!
Anyway, FWIW - after running several styles and finally building my own, I will buy a B&W next time. They are easy to install and are very reliable and for no more than they cost, the ease is easily worth the money.
