Gooseneck Question

I currently have a Diamond gooseneck hitch and I'm going to be changing to a B & W with the 5th wheel companion. My question is: Is the hole drilled in the bed in the same position as the B & W requires? Will I need to re-drill or move the hole at all?

You can go to the B&W website and dowload the instuctions, but I just helped my dad install one on his 07 and you measure 47. 5" from the back of the bed to the center of the 4" hole for a long bed truck, which it looks likeyou have. So see if your current hole is in the right posiition, if not you will have to trim the hole to fit the B&W.

The current one is 1. 5 inches closer to the end of the bed than B&W's measurements. I'm attempting to contact one of their install techs to go over the details but it would appear that you are correct. Thanks JCrockett.
