Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Got a skip fellas !

At idle my 98. 5 is missing just like a fouling spark plug. Sometimes she runs/idles fine then missing at idle the next. I ran some injector cleaner that didn't do anything. Any ideas?

MY 1999 one ton with 116,000 does that samething, even after a lift pump and fuel check vavle installation. Thinking about changing injectors next. It only misses at idle, but it still can pull anything I put behind it with no promblem.
