Got a survey in the mail today

Survey sent by Maritz Research.

Asked all kinds of questions about my truck and how I use it. They even sent a nice crisp $1. 00 bill for answering the questionaire. The only thing they did not ask was wether it was a diesel ,or gas. Maybe they knew already?????

When I put the survey in the return envelope, I then noticed that it said , TOYOTA FULL TRUCK USAGE

It looks to me that the only aspect of the American Auto Manufacturing that the Japanese haven’t taken over is the “full size, HD pick-up” area. If the American Manufactures don’t take charge- LOOK OUT!, like it or not The Japanese will take over there also!

Yep, Toyota is quite involved in diesels to the foreign markets.

Toyota is building a plant, right now, for a full size, 3/4 ton truck in San Antonio, TX. I believe they are planning on introducing this new truck in 2007. I have not been able to find out they are planning on a diesel engine.
