Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Got Codes???

One of my friends is driving a '01 which is about 1K miles from going out of warranty. It was taken in to the stealer to be "checked out" since its owner was about to become his own warranty stop, (I know this is a controversial issue, but this is my friends choice). While in the shop for 3 days... . they replaced 1) Lift Pump 2) Transfer Case 3) CD player 4) Ball Joints 5) Track Bar (5th) 6) Axel Seals 7) a few sensors, dont know the story on those. Now that I have been enlightened on the importantce of proper pressure to the VP he is wondering about the codes which are in his truck 120 miles after its "overhaul" (so to speak) at the stealer. These are the codes that have been set, If anyone knows what these are I would be much appreciative to find out, so as to know if another trip to the stealer is appropriate, and I will have evidence... . or a working knowledge of these codes. Once again, these codes have been set in only 120 miles.

P0743 - Open or shorted condition detected in the torque converter clutch (part throttle)



P0500 - No vehicle speed sensor signal detected during road load conditions



P0460 - Fuel level sensor voltage unchanged over accumulated mileage



P1765 - Open or shorted condition is detected in the transmission relay control circuit

p0500 is common in snow/ice/mud or simply when ya spin the tires often, I set it alot.



If he has a lockup switch of somesort for the transmission that will explain the 743 & 1765. If he has no lockup switch then somes going on with the electrical aspects of the transmission.

why should spinning set 0500 code?



I ask because i am having this code show up every time i use my pickup below 0 degrees



and 0253 is showing at the same time ( fuel pump fuel valve open circuit)



dealer cant seam to fix



these codes started to show after I had my con ofe installed and an unneeded re flash
