Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Ok, About a year ago, i got an old Holiday Rambler camper. I tore it apart and now its just the frame and the axels. Im putting new berrings in it. I was going to cut the part with the axels connected to it, (about 67 inches) and slide the other two pieces over top, and weld it all together. this would give me better heigth and i think i could make it a totally flat deck above the wheels. no fenders. This would leave me about 18 ft of trailor. and thats fine. My question is on brakes. Sould i hook up the electric brake, or will i be ok without them. I would need all new pads and all new electric parts i think. I dont know alot about them. What do you all think? How much would it cost to fix them, and is there a electric brake kit to make it easier. They are a dexter axels. Thanks for all the help... .
