Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Stopped at the nearest local Cummins dealer today and got the gasket and seals to do the KDP fix. I called to make sure they had the parts and the service rep tried to tell me what parts I needed but I gave him the part numbers I got from the TDR. After conversing with one of the mechs, he agreed I was right - Thanks Guys !!!
I also got the Cummins anti-freeze ( a little pricey) so I can change the coolant when I do the washer tab fix. From what I'm reading about some people finding loose bolts,this is the only way to go to have 100% peace of mind !!! I've got nothing against the jig route, I just don't want to do it twice.
